How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes place within 5-10 working days after receipt of payment . Sometimes there may be delivery bottlenecks, for which we apologize in advance.

How do I track the current delivery status of my order?
To check the current delivery status of your order, please visit our parcel tracking system on our website. There you can enter your email address and order number to receive the latest information about your order. If you have any difficulties checking the status of your order or have any further questions, please contact our customer service.
How long does it take until I get my return money refunded?
We usually process returns the day they arrive if a return is required, but in some cases this can be done the next day. For warranty claims, we will refund the amount immediately after processing, so you will usually receive your money back 1-2 days after we receive the return . You will also be notified of this transaction by email.
If you return an item due to inadequate product quality, you will receive a voucher from us after receiving the return.
